Email Actions based on Incoming Email

You can set up Alpha Five to monitor incoming email. Based on the subject, sender, body or any other email field(s), Alpha Five can automatically perform some action - such as to move the email to a specific folder or to play a script.

In this example, Alpha Five monitors incoming emails from a person named Richard Rabins. If the subject line contains the words "sales report", Alpha Five plays a script called Email Sales Report. This script in turn generates a PDF file with daily and weekly sales and emails the report back to Richard.

You can set up as many actions as you like, and each action can play a different script.
