Reports

A report can be a simple list of a table's data a or multi-level, multi-column slice of a multi-table set. In any case, Alpha Five's Report Genie removes you from the obscure aspects of report generation. As with all genies, you work your way through dialogs, answering questions. The result is a report that you can name, save, preview, or print. You also can edit reports — changing fonts, colors, adding graphics, and rearranging fields — all without losing the behind-the-scenes logic that makes it work.

When you print, you have the option of producing output in PDF format, which is ideal for emailing or posting on a web site. Alpha Five's PDF printing capabilities allow you to watermark pages and optimize them for downloading.
