Query by form

The Query by Form function employs the users familiar application form to filter for records. A operator can simply select a form control, then select Query by Form. The QBF Helper appears. The operator then selects an operator, enters a value, and clicks Run. If the query returns more than one record, the user can step forward or backwards through the list using the standard record navigation buttons.

Another mode allows the user to sort on multiple form fields. He or she closes the QBF Help and clicks, in order, on the controls on the form that should sequence the sort.
