Action Scripting

Action Scripting provides the solution for building and automating applications without writing code. You select a Category, then select an Action. The Action displays a series of dialog boxes, where you make selections and input values. The result is programming without writing code. However, for the developer who wants to know what is happening behind the scenes, you can view the Xbasic code that is generated in the background, or copy it and paste it into your own Xbasic scripts.

Action Scripting bridges the gap between the application developer, who knows he needs to implement conditional, program-like logic and automation, and the developer who does not know how to program. Action Scripting provides all the tools that a user needs to be productive.
