SQL in Action Scripting

Alpha Five can connect to, write and read data from a variety of backend data sources, like MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access and many others. And with the Action Script commands, you can perform database functions against these remote backend databases without the need for programming.

Action Scripting includes commands for querying, inserting records, deleting records, and updating records. The script below shows an example where a new record is being inserted to a table called Products using SQL.
