At Alpha Software, we felt it is critical to notify you that the company is operating in a 'business as usual' mode in light of the COVID-19 outbreak, and will continue to support your business through these challenging times.



How are we changing the way we work?

Alpha Software has long believed in and practiced remote work – it’s nothing new to us. Our global team is currently “plugged in” and working remotely from home, as Government officials have requested.

We will continue to offer our customers the Alpha Software product updates, customer support, cloud performance, and professional services you’ve come to expect throughout this pandemic. 



How are we ensuring your applications stay up and running during this time?

The Alpha Software team is currently migrating a large number of Alpha Anywhere customers to Alpha Cloud as part of their business continuity planning.

By taking this action during this uncertain time, these customers are eliminating the human health risks that could impact the deployment and performance of their apps, while saving money doing it.

How can you communicate with us?

Our office phones are currently set up to re-direct phone calls to employees at home or on their mobile devices. As usual, we continue to work and answer email during business hours. We’re also running our virtual meetings using Zoom. 

If you require any customer service or technical services support, we are here to help. We encourage you to reach out to your account rep or customer service.

We feel a strong responsibility to support our customers as they face new and unseen challenges during this time. Your apps are frequently the backbone of businesses, and many are more essential than ever in the current environment.
