    Default Problem with custom mails in Netmailer

    Hi there,

    I have recently purchased an AlphaFive bundle including Netmailer.

    Whenever I try to send custom e-mails using merge fields from a simple contact table, the job fails and I am prompted the following :
    "The Netmailer job did not finish. You can restart it by selecting "Run" again."

    When I want to send non-customised messages, I do not get this error and the messages are indeed sent.

    I have triple-checked my Email settings and the profile test is successful.

    Can anyone help please ?

    Thanks for the reply.

    The problem is apparently solved. I updated A5 with the latest patch available and the problem disappeared afterwards... No other explanation but it seems to works.

    Hello.

    I'm having the same problem. I, too, downloaded the latest updates/patches, thinking it would change the situation. But I'm still having the same problem.

    When I choose “send same email to each recipient,” the program works just fine. However, when I select “send custom email to each recipient,” I get the following error message:

    “The Netmailer job did not finish. You can restart it by selecting “Run” again. If you exit Netmailer, you must save your job if you want to restart it later.”

    This same thing happens, regardless of the sending profile I use. My partner, on the other hand, who is working on another computer in the same location, isn’t having any trouble at all sending both types of e-mails. We definitely need to send out customized e-mails in many cases to personalize what we are providing our customers.

    Can anyone help?
