Alpha Anywhere - Its all about real companies building real apps fast!

globe_valves

When developers and business people are looking to choose a technology platform for application development, they often and understandably want to see examples of what other people have built in that technology.

One of the challenges that Alpha has in showing off examples of apps built in Alpha  is that many of our customers use Alpha for building non public applications, such as a safety tracking application for a Fortune 100 engineering services company or a case management system for a global law firm or an emergency response system for a federal agency or a production system for large consumer products company or a HR system of a large university or a mobile order entry system for a sales force operating on four on continents - you get the idea.

We  recently come across a site that is public facing that shows off a very practical on line catalog/eCommerce app built in Alpha Anywhere.

It is http://blupax.com/blupax/index.a5w?group=2

The company Blupax promotes on their web site that they have  "OVER 6,000 QUALITY ENGINEERED PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ONLINE"

Blupax.com offer a complete line of quality engineering parts from safety relief valves, liquid level gauges, ball valves, pneumatic equipment and much more.

We encourage you to check out the site as just one example of a real company solving a real need quickly with Alpha Anywhere.
