We wrote to Alpha Anywhere users a few weeks ago about our new License Management System which is designed to provide customers with a series of benefits.
The system is being rolled out now and for the vast majority of people it is working well. In a small percentage of cases some problems have occurred where
licenses are not being properly recognized. Our development staff are aware of these cases and are diligently working to resolve them.
If you you are one of those affected customers, and have NOT yet contacted us, we want to to hear from you.
The process is the following:
1) Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Include your affected license number and a screen shot of the error message.
3) Please include your contact information so that we may get back to you as soon as possible
