Default QRB Compatibility with Windows 8

Is there a way to make QReport Builder 2011 work on Win 8. I am getting message QReportBuilder is not licensed for this operating system. Contact Alpha....
I am also having trouble with A5 10.5. It will work by changing the compatability settings but is dog slow. (Sorry dogs.) Bill

Probably the same answer for both.

Can you run them in Windows 7 mode while in Windows 8?

They don't give me the latest and greatest ( or a pencil, only a crayon..)

Or join the webinar tomorrow and we'll look at it..

I had seen that. And that is what prompted me to try Win 7 mode. Running as administrator not seeming to make any difference.

A bit of good news. I learned that running as
    Administrator does make a difference.
