    Default Supercontrol calendar refresh

    Hi All,
Searched and couldn't find so I hope I can explain this clearly and succinctly.
I'm trying to get the calendar to refresh flagged dates when moving from record to record.

Situation: I have 3 people with different schedules. So whichever one of them is in focus in the current record, I want the calendar to flag the dates that they have appointments scheduled.

The onInitialize currently shows flags for all records that contain an appointment date value.

I can get it to work if I perform some action with the calendar but I'd rather not require that of the user.

First; Is it possible to do something like this without touching the calendar?
Second; If it is, should it be as an onFetch event in the calendar itself or in a separate function?

    Thanks

    Bump.

I am having a similar issue with the calendar supercontrol. If I bind it to a field on the form and change the date using the calendar it fetches ok but puts the record in edit mode. If I change the binding to a date variable and the OnFetch event changes that var to match the current record value, the calendar does not reflect the new value even with a calendar1.refresh().

Is there another alternative - In ver 12...?

    Hi Robin,
How funny. The first post was from my partner Bill. We got this worked out. It was a bear for sure. The one thing that you must know is the event code in the supercontrol will not call UDFs. It will call scripts. I do not know whether this will help you without great context but this is what we came up with that does work, and works well.
It's been a while since I looked at this, but if you need more help, maybe I can re-visit it with you.
