    Default Dynamically change the color of the text in a lists row

    I have tried getting a pointer to the control in the onItemDraw event but I can't seem to change the text color. I can dynamically change the background color but not the text color.

    This is what I thought would do it.
    //var e = {listElement:logno};
    //e.style.Color = '#fbe3ef'

    Any ideas?

    Frank,

    I don't know how to do that in events. However, in the List Builder under the List Properties tab I was able to change both background and text color.
    I did that by entering a condition under Conditional Row Style/Server-side computation.

    Hope this might help.

    //var e = {listElement:logno};
    //e.style.Color = '#fbe3ef'
    while i do not have version 12 but i am wondering since the style color statement is not capitalized
    var e = {listElement:logno};
    e.style.color = '#fbe3ef'
    would you try and see if it works.
    thanks for reading

    Thanks Gandhi that was the problem. I don't know how I missed that one.
    Jo I looked all over Alpha for another way to do it but I did not see that one. Thanks for pointing it out.
    It turns out that the Conditional Row Style/Server-side computation works better for me with this task. Thanks again
