On Thursday, May 14, Alpha Software is sponsoring a webinar with International Mindfulness and Stress Reduction professional Anne Costello. In a 45 minute practical workshop, Ms. Costello will share:

She will also walk through some mindfulness exercises, allowing attendees to see an example at work and practice a few minutes of calm mindfulness during the call.
