Apps to Reopen Safely

New mobile apps allow people to self-screen for COVID-19. Helps reduce risk and allow businesses, government, schools and religious centers reopen safely.

AlphaMED COVIDCARE is  a series of mobile apps that certifies employees, teachers and students to safely return to offices and schools safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. The app enables large HR departments, local and state governments, small businesses, universities and schools to immediately implement a COVID-19 employee screening process that meets reopening guidelines and helps keep people safe..

The mobile apps come in two varieties: the AlphaMED COVIDCARE Back to Work App and the AlphMED COVIDCARE Back to School App. Both COVID-19 screening apps adapt to changing Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state guidelines. They also incorporate experience from front-line physicians who are diagnosing and treating COVID patients. Because users self-certify, the apps can eliminate the need for physical temperature checks, and aid in maintaining physical distance between employees, staff and students. The apps helps reduce the chances of coronavirus cases coming into businesses and private and public schools. The apps support getting employees back to the office and also in-person learning environments for the social and emotional well-being of children and teenagers and adults.

Using their smartphone, users log in to the AlphaMed COVIDCARE wellness app each morning, answer questions about their current health and risk factors for COVID-19, then receive instant notification if they’re cleared to come into the workplace or school.** If certification fails, the app suggests next steps, such as working remotely or contacting a medical professional. Questions are based on current CDC reopening guidelines for employers. The apps work on any iOS or Android device, as well as desktops and laptops. The apps offer full reporting and dashboards for schools or businesses that want to track trends or share data analytics.
